2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport Repair

Jeep owners absolutely love their Jeeps. They are depended on to perform in even the most rugged of terrains. That’s why restoring them to like-new condition after an accident is so important. Who wants something to break when your scaling a mountain on a thirty degree angle?!
When this 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport arrived at our facility, we knew the repair would just require some TLC to restore back to pre-accident condition.
After a front end collision on the right side, everything from the frame to the front bumper assembly needed our attention. We started by diagnosing the severity of damage and determine a frame pull and square was necessary.
The Jeep Wrangler Sport Repair Process
Extensive testing to ensure the corrected frame was up to par was completed. Then we moved on to the control arm for the wheel assembly.
A full repair to the front axis assembly was performed, followed by a front end alignment. After a detailed inspection to all moving parts, this concluded the interior portion of the Jeep Wrangler Sport repair.
A full front end replacement and grille repair were next on the menu. The front bumper bar, bumper extension, and guard all needed to be replaced. In addition, the right fender and fender flare needed to be replaced as well.
Damage to the lighting assembly required installation of a new right headlamp bezel. Furthermore, a new park lamp and fog lamp were needed. This completed the repair process. Now it just needed a thorough final inspection before being washed and returned to the owner.
Our certified refinishers repainted the Jeep to meet the manufacturer’s specifications. In addition, a ten point inspection was completed to guarantee work had been completed to exceed expectations. Once passed, this Jeep Wrangler Sport repair was ready for the road (or off-road) again!
