Yes! We will work directly with your insurance company to obtain a more substantial coverage amount. 


Am I required to get more than one estimate?

Who will contact my insurance company about the repair costs?

We work directly with your insurance company to guarantee an accurate claim. For more information on filing your claim, click here.


How close will you match the existing paint on the vehicle?

Are your technicians certified?

Yes. We employ ASE Certified Technicians and i-Car Certified welders for body repair and finishing. They embody the highest standards of excellence and workmanship learned from decades of experience.


Do your repairs come with a warranty?

Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty on all labor and parts, excluding rust repair and normal wear and tear after delivery.


How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

Depending on the amount of damage and parts required, repair times vary. The average time of repair for most vehicles is 4-5 days.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept insurance checks, personal checks, debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and cash.


Do you offer towing services?

Yes. Call (630) 271-0531 for pick-up. The tow will be billed to the shop.
